Terms: This is an Internet Only Auction.  Payment must be made on location at 7808 Cherry Creek Drive South Unit 213, Denver, Colorado 80231 on Friday April 29, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5 buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments.  Sales tax applies.  Late payments incur a processing fee of $100 per day plus the highest amount of interest allowable under Colorado law.  Contact us with any questions at 970-454-1010.

Inspection:  This is an Internet Only Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at 7808 Cherry Creek Drive South Unit 213, Denver, Colorado 80231 on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from 2:00 – 6:00 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction will be on site at 7808 Cherry Creek Drive South Unit 213, Denver, Colorado 80231 on Friday April 29, 2011 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM.   Items cannot be removed until they are paid for.  Bring whatever tools, moving equipment, dollies and labor you may need to remove and load your items.  RMEB does not provide loading assistance.  There will be a 4000# forklift on site from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM for loading the large items.  Bring whatever chains, straps or slings you may need.   There will be an additional charge of $100 to meet anyone who does not load during this scheduled load out time.

Shipping: If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE,  please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 11:00 AM on Friday April 22, 2011 to arrange payment and shipping.  A forklift will be onsite Friday from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM ONLY so, if you need a large item shipped, make immediate arrangements.  Navis Pack and Ship of Denver is the preferred shipper for this Auction.  They can be reached at 303-753-0805.  We will be coordinating with them to pick up items to be shipped on Friday afternoon.
