By purchasing I hereby certify that I or my company or legal entity is eligible by law to purchase Class I, Class II and other regulated refrigerants because I am or employ at least one technician who has been certified in accordance with the EPA for 608 Certification and/or 609 Certification under regulation 40 CFR 82 subpart F. (HVAC-equipment) or 40 CFR 82 subpart B (motor vehicles) or the above-specified refrigerants purchased are being purchased exclusively for eventual resale to certified technicians or to other refrigerant resellers.  I agree to indemnify the Seller & RMEB against all damages and/or causes of action.
