Wear a required mask/face covering. Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments. A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction. The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments. Sales tax applies. Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction will be on location at 1711 Glen Meadows Dr., Greeley, Colorado 80631 on Friday April 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. Do not bid if you cannot pickup in Greeley, Colorado during this time or are paying for shipping. You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment. Please do so. BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT. Some items are located in the basement and will require two people to remove. Bring whatever help, boxes, packing material, furniture blankets, tools, dollies or anything else you may need. This is the only load-out time and date. You will be charged for your purchases and they will be considered abandoned to RMEB if you do not come get them. There are no refunds. There will be a minimum charge of $300 to meet anyone at any other time.
Shipping: We ship everything else world-wide AT YOUR EXPENSE. Glassware, heavy large items and furniture is expensive to ship. If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE, please contact us at info@whitleyauction.com by 9:30 AM on Friday April 16, 2021 to arrange payment and shipping. RMEB ships most items from its in-house shipping department. If you are concerned about shipping costs contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding.
