Payment must be made, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on location at the Eaton Auction Center, 24 Oak Avenue Eaton, Colorado 80615 on Tuesday April 27, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM and Wednesday April 28, 2021 from 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM. You will be emailed a link with your invoice to schedule an appointment. Please do so. Full social distancing will be in effect. Do not attend if you have been sick or have a fever. Wear a required mask/face covering. Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments. A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction. The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments. Sales tax applies. Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for. Some items in this auction are located in Greeley & Loveland, Colorado. You must still pay for these items in Eaton during the times and dates above. The items in Greeley must be picked up on Wednesday April 26, 2020 from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM and the items in Loveland must be picked up on Thursday April 27 from 12:00 Noon-6:00 PM. RMEB is an FFL. All Federal firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases at our facility. No firearms sales to California. Firearms must be paid for before we will conduct a background check. Failure to pass the background check will result in the buyer paying a 25% restocking fee and returning the item. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL. Some firearms or magazines may not be legal in all locations. Know your local laws. NO REFUNDS.
